Denali Acadia Oil Change Short wait great service.

I made an appointment 3 weeks in advance for breaks, oil change and state inspection. I took the day off from work because I need my truck for work. It took them more than one day to complete the job. They did take some off the price for my inconvenience but I had to reschedule three of my jobs because they couldn’t finish it in one day. I’m glad they did a good job but they should have completed it in one day. They had three weeks to plan for it.

You people always doing nice job taking care of people's vehicles.

Everything was done to my satisfaction

Service was timely. Received a call when finished and got my car back clean. All staff in service dept. were very nice and professional at pick up.

I am very disappointed that the extended warranty I purchased does not cover software updates. I needed software updates to make collision alarm, lane keep assist, and intelligent operate. This will most likely affect my next vehicle purchase.
