Always a good experiencegreat work

Our buying experience was both friendly and professional.

They did a great job fixing the problem the first time. My car died after driving for 10 minutes. The next day it started then died. Couldn't get it to start again. They called a tow truck to take it back. They stay in communication with me. They have always been good to me for years fixing my cars. that's why I gave 4 stars.

Mike Petithory absolutely goes above and beyond to make the customer happy. A huge asset to the Haddad Auto group.

We had a great experience with everyone at Haddad GMC in Adams, MA. From the moment we arrived to look at a new vehicle, we were greeted by friendly, helpful and informative staff. Nate Jette, our salesperson was top notch. He and the rest of the GMC Haddad "family" made the process of buying a new vehicle easy and stress free. We live over an hour away, but it was well worth the drive to work with such caring , dedicated individuals. Compared to all the other car buying experiences we have had, this experience far exceeds them!
